Статья посвящена комплексному анализу роли искусственного интеллекта и алгоритмов машинного обучения в оптимизации производственных процессов и трансформации моделей занятости на рынке труда промышленного сектора в контексте Индустрии 4.0. Цель исследования состоит в количественной оценке влияния инвестиций в ИИ и ML на операционную эффективность, структуру издержек, добавленную стоимость на одного занятого и перераспределение трудовых функций между категориями персонала. Эмпирическую базу составили деперсонализированные данные финансовой и управленческой отчетности 458 крупных предприятий машиностроения, металлургии и химической промышленности за 2018–2023 гг. (более 125 000 наблюдений), дополненные макроэкономической статистикой и корпусом должностных инструкций и вакансий. Методология опирается на методы множественной регрессии с фиксированными эффектами, Difference-in-Differences для сравнения цифровых и традиционных предприятий, кластерный анализ k-средних кадровых стратегий, а также анализ динамики операционных показателей (OEE, простои, брак, энергопотребление) и структуры занятости по когнитивной сложности функций. Показано, что внедрение ИИ-систем предиктивной аналитики и компьютерного зрения повышает коэффициент OEE, радикально снижает незапланированные простои (более чем на 70 %) и долю брака (более чем на 70 %), одновременно уменьшая вариативность процессов и энтропию производственной системы. Установлено, что цифровизация сопровождается сокращением доли операторов рутинных операций и ростом численности и оплаты труда специалистов по данным и инженерно-технического персонала, что ведет к внутренней поляризации доходов и усиливает значение управления человеческим капиталом. Сравнительный анализ инвестиционных проектов демонстрирует более высокие значения IRR, NPV и ROI у предприятий, внедряющих полные цифровые экосистемы, по сравнению с частичной автоматизацией, при наличии характерной J-кривой окупаемости и временного лага 18–24 месяца до проявления максимального эффекта. Сделан вывод, что ИИ выступает не только источником прироста производительности и рентабельности, но и фактором глубокой структурной перестройки рынка труда, что требует адаптации корпоративных стратегий, образовательной политики и механизмов социальной защиты.
The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the role of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in optimizing production processes and transforming employment models in the industrial sector labor market within the context of Industry 4.0. The aim of the study is to quantitatively assess the impact of investments in AI and ML on operational efficiency, cost structure, value added per employee, and the redistribution of labor functions across personnel categories. The empirical base consists of depersonalized financial and managerial reporting data from 458 large enterprises in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, and the chemical industry for 2018–2023 more than 125,000 observations , supplemented by macroeconomic statistics and a corpus of job descriptions and vacancies. The methodology relies on multiple regression methods with fixed effects, Difference-in-Differences for comparing "digital" and traditional enterprises, k-means cluster analysis of personnel strategies, as well as analysis of the dynamics of operational indicators OEE, downtime, defects, energy consumption and employment structure by cognitive complexity of functions. It is shown that the implementation of AI systems for predictive analytics and computer vision increases the OEE coefficient, drastically reduces unplanned downtime by more than 70% and the defect rate by more than 70% , while simultaneously decreasing process variability and the entropy of the production system. It is established that digitalization is accompanied by a reduction in the share of operators performing routine tasks and an increase in the number and remuneration of data specialists and engineering-technical personnel, which leads to internal income polarization and increases the importance of human capital management. Comparative analysis of investment projects demonstrates higher IRR, NPV, and ROI values for enterprises implementing full digital ecosystems compared to partial automation, with a characteristic "J-curve" payback pattern and a time lag of 18–24 months before the maximum effect is realized. It is concluded that AI serves not only as a source of productivity and profitability growth but also as a factor of deep structural transformation of the labor market, requiring adaptation of corporate strategies, education policy, and social protection mechanisms.
