			<abstract>Статья посвящена техническим аспектам выполнения блокады мышцы, выпрямляющей позвоночник, (ESP-блокады) под ультразвуковым контролем в контексте обезболивания трансректальной мультифокальной биопсии предстательной железы. На основе опыта выполнения ESP-блокады у 53 пациентов описана пошаговая методика выполнения процедуры, рассмотрены технические особенности позиционирования, визуализации анатомических структур и введения анестетика. Проанализированы факторы, влияющие на эффективность блокады, технические сложности, возникающие при ее выполнении, и способы их преодоления. Представленные материалы могут служить практическим руководством для специалистов, осваивающих данную методику анестезии.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en">The article is devoted to the technical aspects of performing the erector spinae muscle block (ESP-block) under ultrasound control in the context of pain relief during transrectal multifocal prostate biopsy. Based on the experience of performing ESP-block in 53 patients, the article describes a step-by-step technique for performing the procedure, as well as the technical aspects of positioning, visualization of anatomical structures, and administration of an anesthetic. The article analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of the block, the technical challenges that may arise during its implementation, and the methods to overcome them.
