Modern university educational spaces are undergoing profound changes amid digital transformation, which calls for new approaches to developing parents’ pedagogical culture as key stakeholders in the educational process. This study aims to identify effective methods for integrating digital technologies into the development of pedagogical competencies within the parent community in the university educational space. The methodological framework is based on a systems approach and includes comparative analysis, questionnaires, expert assessment, and statistical data processing. The empirical base comprised 100 participants: 67 parents of students from three leading Russian universities, 23 faculty members, and 10 administrative staff. The results show that the implementation of digital platforms increases the effectiveness of developing parents’ pedagogical culture by 43.7%, while hybrid interaction formats outperform traditional approaches by 2.3 times in engagement and by 1.8 times in the sustainability of pedagogical skills. The findings indicate the need for systematic integration of digital technologies into processes of developing parents’ pedagogical culture, opening prospects for new management strategies in education and for adaptive models of parent education under higher education digitalization.
