В данной статье рассматривается трансформация коллективного действия в эпоху социальных сетей, с акцентом на новые формы гражданской мобилизации через децентрализованные цифровые платформы. Введение. Современные коммуникационные технологии качественно изменили способы общественной активности, стимулируя участие граждан в политических и социальных процессах. Статья направлена на определение ключевых механизмов воздействия цифровых платформ на коллективное поведение, а также анализ влияния этих процессов на формирование новых общественных движений. Для достижения поставленной цели использовались смешанные методологические подходы, включающие качественный анализ информационного контента, мониторинг активности участников социальных сетей, а также количественные методы, предполагающие проведение социологических опросов и статистическую обработку полученных данных. Применение комплексного подхода способствовало выявлению закономерностей в цифровом поведении и позволило оценить динамику формирования децентрализованных инициатив. Проведенное исследование показало, что цифровые платформы способствуют снижению традиционных барьеров для участия в общественных движениях, обеспечивая оперативный обмен информацией и создание виртуальных сообществ. Выявлена тенденция к увеличению спонтанности и гибкости коллективных действий, когда граждане активно используют социальные сети для мобилизации и координации действий в условиях кризисов и социальных потрясений. Данные свидетельствуют об усилении влияния цифровых инициатив на принятие общественных и политических решений. Полученные результаты позволяют переосмыслить понятие гражданской мобилизации в условиях цифровой эпохи. Статья подчеркивает необходимость разработки новых моделей взаимодействия между гражданским обществом и государственными институтами, способных учитывать динамику цифровых коммуникаций. Итоги исследования способствуют формированию научного базиса для разработки современных стратегий общественного участия, направленных на укрепление социальной солидарности и повышения эффективности коллективных действий. Дополнительный анализ показывает, что цифровая трансформация расширяет возможности гражданской инициативы, создавая разнообразные платформы для обмена информацией. Привлечение молодых специалистов и широкое использование технологий способствуют формированию устойчивых сетевых сообществ. Междисциплинарный подход, объединяющий социологию, политологию и информационные технологии, позволяет глубже понять процессы децентрализации власти и обеспечить эффективность гражданской мобилизации. Результаты исследования подчеркивают важность адаптации государственных стратегий к новым цифровым реалиям, способствуя формированию инклюзивного и активного гражданского общества. This article examines the transformation of collective action in the age of social media, with an emphasis on new forms of civic mobilization through decentralized digital platforms. Introduction. Modern communication technologies have qualitatively changed the ways of social activity, stimulating the participation of citizens in political and social processes. The article aims to identify the key mechanisms of the impact of digital platforms on collective behavior, as well as to analyze the impact of these processes on the formation of new social movements. To achieve this goal, mixed methodological approaches were used, including qualitative analysis of information content, monitoring the activity of social network participants, as well as quantitative methods involving sociological surveys and statistical processing of the data obtained. The use of an integrated approach helped to identify patterns in digital behavior and allowed us to assess the dynamics of the formation of decentralized initiatives. The conducted research has shown that digital platforms contribute to reducing traditional barriers to participation in social movements, ensuring the rapid exchange of information and the creation of virtual communities. There is a tendency to increase the spontaneity and flexibility of collective actions, when citizens actively use social networks to mobilize and coordinate actions in times of crises and social upheavals. The data indicate an increased influence of digital initiatives on public and political decision-making. The results obtained make it possible to rethink the concept of civil mobilization in the digital age. The article highlights the need to develop new models of interaction between civil society and government institutions that can take into account the dynamics of digital communications. The results of the research contribute to the formation of a scientific basis for the development of modern strategies of public participation aimed at strengthening social solidarity and increasing the effectiveness of collective actions. Additional analysis shows that digital transformation is empowering civic initiatives by creating diverse platforms for information exchange. The involvement of young professionals and the widespread use of technology contribute to the formation of sustainable online communities. An interdisciplinary approach combining sociology, political science and information technology allows for a deeper understanding of the processes of decentralization of power and to ensure the effectiveness of civil mobilization. The results of the study emphasize the importance of adapting government strategies to the new digital realities, contributing to the formation of an inclusive and active civil society.
