Данная статья посвящена изучению влияния государственной поддержки и инновационных технологий на повышение конкурентоспособности сельскохозяйственных предпринимателей на региональном уровне. Исследование актуально в условиях современной аграрной политики, когда финансовая поддержка и технологические инновации становятся необходимыми инструментами для устойчивого развития аграрного сектора. Цель работы – определить, каким образом комплексные меры государственной поддержки в сочетании с инновационными решениями способствуют росту эффективности и конкурентоспособности региональных сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Во введении обоснована необходимость исследования на фоне глобальных трендов цифровизации и увеличения требований к качеству сельхозпродукции. Раздел методов включает анализ нормативно-правовой базы поддержки аграрного сектора, проведение опросов среди представителей сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а также применение методов сравнительного, статистического и эконометрического анализа для оценки взаимосвязи между уровнем внедрения инноваций и степенью конкурентоспособности. Результаты исследования показали, что предприятия, активно использующие инновационные технологии и получающие системную государственную поддержку, демонстрируют устойчивый рост в производительности и качестве сельхозпродукции. Ключевыми факторами успеха стали развитие сельскохозяйственной инфраструктуры, применение налоговых льгот, субсидирование инновационных проектов и предоставление грантов для модернизации производства. Статистический анализ подтвердил значительную корреляцию между объемом государственной поддержки и уровнем инновационной активности, что положительно сказывается на конкурентных преимуществах предприятий. В разделе обсуждения акцент сделан на необходимости совершенствования механизмов взаимодействия между государственными структурами и частным сектором. This article is devoted to the study of the impact of government support and innovative technologies on increasing the competitiveness of agricultural entrepreneurs at the regional level. The research is relevant in the context of modern agrarian policy, when financial support and technological innovations are becoming necessary tools for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The aim of the work is to determine how comprehensive government support measures combined with innovative solutions contribute to the growth of efficiency and competitiveness of regional agricultural enterprises. The introduction substantiates the need for research against the background of global trends in digitalization and increasing requirements for the quality of agricultural products. The methods section includes an analysis of the regulatory framework for supporting the agricultural sector, conducting surveys among representatives of agricultural enterprises, as well as the use of comparative, statistical and econometric analysis methods to assess the relationship between the level of innovation and the degree of competitiveness. The results of the study showed that enterprises that actively use innovative technologies and receive systematic government support demonstrate steady growth in productivity and quality of agricultural products. The key success factors were the development of agricultural infrastructure, the application of tax incentives, subsidizing innovative projects and the provision of grants for the modernization of production. Statistical analysis has confirmed a significant correlation between the amount of government support and the level of innovation activity, which has a positive effect on the competitive advantages of enterprises. The discussion section focuses on the need to improve the mechanisms of interaction between government agencies and the private sector. The existing barriers are discussed, such as lack of funding, limited access to modern technologies and information, as well as difficulties in organizing joint innovation projects. The authors propose recommendations for regional governments to expand programs to support and stimulate innovation in agriculture. Thus, the study emphasizes that a comprehensive policy of state support combined with the active introduction of innovative technologies is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises at the regional level, contributing to their sustainable development in the modern market.
