Статья посвящена исследованию роли ценностно-мотивационной детерминированности в профессиональном становлении современного специалиста. В условиях глобализации, цифровизации и высокой конкуренции ключевым фактором успешной адаптации и развития профессионала становится не только формальная квалификация, но и внутренняя система ценностей, определяющая направленность, устойчивость и осмысленность деятельности. В работе проанализированы психологические и социальные механизмы, связывающие ценностные ориентации личности с её профессиональной мотивацией, идентичностью и способностью к непрерывному саморазвитию. Методологическую основу исследования составили теоретический анализ научной литературы, концепция личностного смысла, а также данные современных исследований в области педагогики и психологии труда. Особое внимание уделено дифференциации внешней (материальные блага, статус) и внутренней мотивации (самореализация, интерес к профессии), а также роли социального контекста, включая влияние цифровых коммуникаций и культурных норм. Результаты исследования демонстрируют, что гармонизация ценностных установок с профессиональными требованиями способствует повышению вовлеченности, снижению риска эмоционального выгорания и укреплению профессиональной идентичности. Выявлено, что внутренняя мотивация, основанная на осознании социальной значимости труда, коррелирует с устойчивостью к кризисам и готовностью к инновациям. Обсуждение подчеркивает необходимость интеграции ценностно-мотивационного компонента в образовательные программы, развития рефлексивных практик и наставничества, а также учета этнокультурных особенностей при проектировании карьерных стратегий. Работа вносит вклад в понимание механизмов профессиональной самореализации в условиях нестабильности, предлагая рекомендации для организаций и образовательных институтов по поддержке личностно-ориентированного подхода к подготовке специалистов.
The article is devoted to the study of the role of value-motivational determinacy in the professional development of a modern specialist. In the context of globalization, digitalization and high competition, the key factor for successful adaptation and development of a professional is not only formal qualifications, but also an internal value system that determines the orientation, sustainability and meaningfulness of activities. The paper analyzes the psychological and social mechanisms linking a person's value orientations with his professional motivation, identity and ability for continuous self-development. The methodological basis of the research was a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, the concept of personal meaning, as well as data from modern research in the field of pedagogy and labor psychology. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of external (material benefits, status) and internal motivation (self-realization, interest in the profession), as well as the role of the social context, including the influence of digital communications and cultural norms. The results of the study demonstrate that the harmonization of values with professional requirements helps to increase engagement, reduce the risk of emotional burnout and strengthen professional identity. It has been revealed that internal motivation based on awareness of the social significance of work correlates with resilience to crises and willingness to innovate. The discussion highlights the need to integrate a value-motivational component into educational programs, develop reflective practices and mentoring, and take into account ethnocultural characteristics when designing career strategies. The work contributes to understanding the mechanisms of professional self-realization in conditions of instability, offering recommendations for organizations and educational institutions to support a personality-oriented approach to training specialists.
