Данная статья посвящена анализу использования социальных сетей для выявления и расследования преступлений, совершаемых с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий. Исследование основывается на данных о росте киберпреступлений в России и Монголии, что указывает на необходимость разработки новых методов борьбы с такими преступлениями. В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы и практическое применение анализа социальных сетей в контексте кибербезопасности. Особое внимание уделяется методам классификации преступлений и возможностям мониторинга социальных сетей с помощью системы MOSINT. Результаты исследования подчеркивают значимость анализа социальных сетей как инструмента для предотвращения и расследования киберпреступлений, а также для формирования стратегий обеспечения информационной безопасности.
This article is devoted to the analysis of the use of social networks to identify and investigate crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies. The study is based on data on the growth of cybercrimes in Russia and Mongolia, which indicates the need to develop new methods to combat such crimes. The article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical application of social network analysis in the context of cybersecurity. Special attention is paid to crime classification methods and social media monitoring capabilities using the MOSINT system. The results of the study emphasize the importance of social media analysis as a tool for preventing and investigating cybercrimes, as well as for developing information security strategies.
