В статье рассматриваются проблемы региональной социально-экономической политики в области физической культуры и спорта на примере Москвы и Московской области. Выполнен анализ состояния сферы, обозначены основные проблемы и приоритетные пути их решения. Особое внимание оказано определению роли территориальных органов власти в создании оптимальных условий для развития физической культуры и спорта, а также проблемам финансирования и управления данной отраслью.
The article examines the problems of regional socio-economic policy in the field of physical culture and sports using the example of Moscow and the Moscow region. The analysis of the state of the sphere has been carried out, the main problems and priority ways of their solution have been identified. Special attention was paid to determining the role of territorial authorities in creating optimal conditions for the development of physical culture and sports, as well as the problems of financing and managing this industry.
