Статья посвящена разработке комплексного методического подхода к оценке устойчивости развития аграрного бизнеса. В условиях глобальных вызовов и усиления требований к экологической и социальной ответственности, оценка устойчивости становится критически важным инструментом стратегического управления и обеспечения долгосрочной конкурентоспособности сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Предлагаемый подход базируется на принципах тройственной устойчивости (экономической, социальной, экологической) и включает в себя систему взаимосвязанных показателей, объединенных в тематические блоки. Статья обосновывает выбор ключевых индикаторов для каждого блока, описывает методы их расчета и агрегации, а также рассматривает практические аспекты применения методики для диагностики текущего состояния, выявления узких мест, сравнительного анализа и обоснования управленческих решений. Особое внимание уделяется адаптации методики к специфике различных типов аграрных предприятий (растениеводство, животноводство, переработка) и учету региональных особенностей. Делается вывод о практической значимости предложенной методики как инструмента повышения прозрачности, инвестиционной привлекательности и эффективности управления в агробизнесе.
The article is devoted to the development of a comprehensive methodological approach to assessing the sustainability of agricultural business development. In the context of global challenges and increasing demands for environmental and social responsibility, sustainability assessment is becoming a critical tool for strategic management and ensuring the long-term competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The proposed approach is based on the principles of triple sustainability (economic, social, environmental) and includes a system of interrelated indicators combined into thematic blocks. The article substantiates the choice of key indicators for each block, describes the methods of their calculation and aggregation, and also examines the practical aspects of using the methodology to diagnose the current state, identify bottlenecks, comparative analysis and justification of management decisions. Special attention is paid to adapting the methodology to the specifics of various types of agricultural enterprises (crop production, animal husbandry, processing) and taking into account regional peculiarities. The conclusion is made about the practical significance of the proposed methodology as a tool for increasing transparency, investment attractiveness and management efficiency in agribusiness.
