Статья исследует комплексную взаимосвязь между устойчивым развитием сельских территорий (УРСТ) и развитием аграрного бизнеса в России. Доказывается, что эти две категории неразрывно связаны и взаимно обусловливают успех друг друга. Анализируется вклад эффективного и ответственного аграрного бизнеса в достижение экономической, социальной и экологической устойчивости сельских территорий через создание рабочих мест, наполнение бюджетов, внедрение инноваций и бережное отношение к ресурсам. Одновременно раскрывается, как устойчивая среда сельских территорий (качественная инфраструктура, человеческий капитал, социальная стабильность, благоприятная экология) является необходимым условием для долгосрочной конкурентоспособности и роста аграрного бизнеса. Выявляются ключевые проблемы на пути синергии (депопуляция, инфраструктурные ограничения, экологические риски, доступ к финансам) и предлагаются направления их решения через механизмы государственно-частного партнерства, стимулирование «зеленых» инвестиций, развитие кооперации и совершенствование нормативной базы. Делается вывод о том, что стратегическая интеграция целей УРСТ и аграрного бизнеса является основополагающим фактором процветания российской деревни и агропродовольственного сектора в долгосрочной перспективе.
The article explores the complex relationship between sustainable rural development and the development of agricultural business in Russia. It is proved that these two categories are inextricably linked and mutually determine each other's success. The article analyzes the contribution of an effective and responsible agricultural business to achieving the economic, social and environmental sustainability of rural areas through job creation, budget filling, innovation and respect for resources. At the same time, it reveals how a sustainable rural environment (high-quality infrastructure, human capital, social stability, and a favorable environment) is a prerequisite for long-term competitiveness and growth of agricultural business. The key problems on the path of synergy (depopulation, infrastructural constraints, environmental risks, access to finance) are identified and ways to solve them are proposed through public-private partnership mechanisms, stimulating "green" investments, developing cooperation and improving the regulatory framework. It is concluded that the strategic integration of the objectives of the URST and the agricultural business is a fundamental factor for the prosperity of the Russian countryside and the agri-food sector in the long term.
