Данная статья посвящена изучению эффективности системы подготовки профессиональных хоккеистов как одного из ключевых факторов устойчивого развития спортивной экономики и укрепления национальной идентичности. Введение обосновывает актуальность проведения исследования в связи с изменениями в мировом спортивном ландшафте и внутренними вызовами, с которыми сталкивается отечественный хоккей. Автор отмечает, что на фоне глобализации и коммерциализации спорта сохранение национальных традиций и идентичности приобретает особое значение, а качественная подготовка спортсменов становится важным инструментом экономического роста. Методологическая основа исследования базируется на комплексном анализе – синтезе статистических данных, сравнительном анализе международного опыта и экспертных оценках. В работе использовались методы опроса тренеров, аналитические модели оценки эффективности подготовки и экономического воздействия спортивных достижений на развитие инфраструктуры. Такой междисциплинарный подход позволил выявить взаимосвязь между качеством подготовки хоккеистов, успехами на международных аренах и социально-экономическим развитием спортивного сектора. Основные результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что совершенствование системы подготовки профессиональных хоккеистов способствует не только улучшению спортивных результатов, но и стимулирует приток инвестиций в спортивную инфраструктуру, повышает интерес молодежи к спортивной деятельности и способствует формированию позитивного имиджа страны на международной арене. Анализ данных позволил определить ключевые направления модернизации тренировочного процесса, а именно внедрение инновационных технологий, развитие системы профессионального образования и повышение уровня подготовки тренеров. Обсуждение результатов подчеркивает важность государственной поддержки и участия бизнес-сектора в реализации модернизации системы подготовки спортсменов. Автор акцентирует внимание на необходимости интеграции традиционных методов с современными технологиями для дальнейшего повышения эффективности подготовки хоккеистов. В заключении формулируются рекомендации по совершенствованию спортивной политики, направленной на развитие устойчивой спортивной экономики и укрепление национальной идентичности путем инвестирования в подготовку будущих чемпионов.
This article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the professional hockey players training system as one of the key factors for the sustainable development of the sports economy and strengthening national identity. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research in connection with changes in the global sports landscape and the internal challenges faced by domestic hockey. The author notes that against the background of globalization and commercialization of sports, the preservation of national traditions and identity is of particular importance, and high-quality training of athletes is becoming an important tool for economic growth. The methodological basis of the research is based on a comprehensive analysis – synthesis of statistical data, comparative analysis of international experience and expert assessments. The work used methods of interviewing coaches, analytical models for assessing the effectiveness of training and the economic impact of sports achievements on infrastructure development. This interdisciplinary approach has made it possible to identify the relationship between the quality of hockey players' training, success on international arenas, and the socio-economic development of the sports sector. The main results of the study indicate that improving the training system for professional hockey players contributes not only to improving athletic performance, but also stimulates investment in sports infrastructure, increases the interest of young people in sports activities and contributes to the formation of a positive image of the country in the international arena. The data analysis allowed us to identify key areas of modernization of the training process, namely the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the professional education system and the improvement of the level of training of trainers. The discussion of the results highlights the importance of government support and the involvement of the business sector in the modernization of the athletes' training system. The author focuses on the need to integrate traditional methods with modern technologies to further improve the effectiveness of hockey players' training. In conclusion, recommendations are formulated to improve sports policy aimed at developing a sustainable sports economy and strengthening national identity by investing in the training of future champions.
