Abstract

The issue of the midlife crisis has always existed, but currently, due to the fact that progress, both scientific and technological, as well as emotional and psychological, is gaining cosmic speeds, we do not have time to apply our acquired knowledge, experience and skills to cope with the changes taking place. Due to these changes, we need new ways to help us resolve the problems of the midlife crisis. If earlier it was a search for new meanings and a revision of values in a more or less stable and predictable world, then the real realities of life force us to find tools that can manage to integrate our mental state into real life. The specifics of the current situation are that in our time of rapid changes, the intensity of the crises we are going through has increased even more. Today, updates occur every 10 years, or even every 3 years, and every year more and more often. Now we are born in one world, and we die in a completely different one. Thus, our future life path depends entirely on how we get through the midlife crisis. The purpose of this article is to describe the results of a study of the midlife crisis in women.
