Abstract

This article examines the tactical features of investigative actions in criminal cases involving incitement to suicide of minors. The need to expand the system of standard versions by incorporating assumptions regarding the involvement of minors in destructive online communities and the inaction of those responsible for supervision and upbringing is substantiated. The forensic significance of the victim's affiliation with subcultural or online groups with a destructive focus is explored as a factor facilitating the establishment of the method, motive, and circle of persons involved. Particular attention is given to the tactics of interrogating minor witnesses, based on the reconstruction of the socio-psychological climate within the group and the integration of elements of psychological counseling to neutralize fear, falsely perceived solidarity, and feelings of guilt. Tactical aspects of crime scene inspection, searches, and digital trace analysis are analyzed. Recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of investigations into this category of crimes.
