Abstract
In the wake of global economic changes and the scientific and technological revolution, a new quality of productive forces with scientific and technological innovation as the main driving force to promote a profound reconstruction of the mode of production and industrial form. Electroautomatics and intelligent control as the fundamental technology of modern industry, its synergetic development is not only a key path for the modernization of traditional industry, but also an important engine for the cultivation of new industries and the realization of high-quality economic development. Through a systematic analysis of the significance and characteristics of new productivity quality, trends in technological integration, and practice effectiveness, this article reveals the main challenges currently facing, including dependence on imports of high-end technologies, lack of interdisciplinary talent, imperfect industrial ecology, etc., and suggests systematic coping strategies encompassing technological innovation, growing talent pool and industrial chain synergy to provide both theoretical depth, It also has practical value for advancing industry to a high level of the global value chain. We will also propose systematic response strategies encompassing technological innovation, talent cultivation, and industrial chain synergies that will provide both theoretical depth and practical value for industry to move to the top of the global value chain.
