Abstract

The article provides a theoretical comparative analysis of traditional and innovative methods of training young snowboarders. The purpose of the study is to identify the advantages and limitations of various methodological approaches and to determine their optimal ratio at different stages of long-term training. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach that considers the training process as a complex dynamic system of interrelated components, and includes an analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of training young snowboarders. The relevance of the research is due to the need to modernize the training system in the context of the rapid development of snowboarding, the expansion of the range of competitive disciplines and the rejuvenation of sports. As a result of the theoretical analysis, it has been established that traditional methods retain their effectiveness at the initial stages of training, while innovative approaches demonstrate high potential in solving the tasks of individualizing training and modeling competitive situations. The practical significance of the research lies in the substantiation of an integrative approach that assumes a rational combination of traditional and innovative methods, taking into account the individual characteristics of athletes, which can be used by coaches to increase the effectiveness of the training process and optimize the long-term training of young snowboarders.
