Abstract
Colorectal cancer (CRC) remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related morbidity and mortality worldwide. Surgical intervention is the primary treatment for this condition, but the postoperative period is often complicated by severe pain, which can delay patient recovery and increase the risk of complications. In modern practice, regional anesthesia techniques are becoming increasingly important, and TAP block (transverse abdominal plane block) is particularly relevant due to its ability to provide selective analgesia of the anterior abdominal wall. The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical and demographic characteristics and features of surgical interventions in patients with colorectal cancer in the context of studying the effectiveness of TAP blockade as a method of postoperative analgesia.
